RDM consulting offers three payroll outsourcing packages.
Gold Package:
With the Gold Package, clients have access to our dedicated server via a terminal login. This allows access to view, update and query employee’s records through the payroll application (HR3). You can access any of the 220 standard reports, query employee records, check for leave balances, run leave liability reports, earning history and much more. It’s like having the payroll in-house but without worrying about daily running costs. With this package we also have the HR3 Kiosk (Employee Self Service Portal) hosted via the web, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for full encryption and security. The HR3 kiosk allows employees to access their own payslips, payment summaries, enter leave application (with workflow), enter timesheets and much more. This is a very popular feature of outsourcing as employees, supervisors and managers can access their own record but also team information such as Next of Kin, Leave balances, Leave Approval etc. It also has the optional Human Resource Modules such as Training, Skills and OH&S which can be accessed via the kiosk.
This package also includes two onsite training days provided on both HR3 payroll and Kiosk.
Silver Package:
Has all the same features as the Gold Package, less the access to our dedicated server/ HR3 application.
This package includes one day of onsite training for the HR3 Kiosk.
Bronze Package:
This package is suitable for small business where the only requirement is to run payroll. This package does not have the HR3 Kiosk option or access to the HR3 Application. With this option up to 10 reports are provided at the end of each pay chosen by the client.
